accessibility statement
Effective Date: 6/6/25
Last Updated: 6/6/25
At Payne Pointes, I’m committed to making my digital content accessible to all humans (and possibly well-trained raccoons), including those with disabilities. Everyone deserves to experience the chaos, creativity, and cursed content equally—without barriers.
What I'm Doing
This site is built using [Wix], which supports accessibility features like:
-
Keyboard navigation
-
Semantic HTML structure
-
Text alternatives for images
-
Proper color contrast
I aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as much as a single sleep-deprived writer/developer combo possibly can.
Where I'm Still Learning
I'm a solo creator, which means there may be unintentional gaps in accessibility. I’m constantly reviewing the site and making updates to improve usability—especially as I add more content, features, and fire metaphors.
If you encounter a barrier on my site, I want to know. Accessibility isn’t optional—it’s essential.
How to Contact Me
If you experience any difficulty accessing content, please email me at writethroughthepayne@gmail.com or use the contact form. Let me know what’s going on, and I’ll do my best to fix it quickly.
